Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on today(May21, 2012), inter alia, has recommended payment of Dividend of Rs.1.50/- per equity share of Re.1 each, to the Equity share holders for the Financial Year 2011-12.
